Approximately a week and a half ago we posed the question, “Do we need by-laws?”
The results are in and they sure are overwhelming. Here’s the breakdown:
Yes – 2 votes
No – 1 vote
Don’t care – 0 votes
The people have voted with their mouses and given us a clear mandate to proceed with the development of by-laws, which will surely reinforce our constitution.
Just who will develop these by-laws and when they will be completed remains a mystery, but discussions should be lively at our next WNSC meeting in just two days.

We clearly need bylaws to address procedural matters related to holding elections, given that this vote was held secretly.
Hmm, yes those secret votes that are published on the internet for the entire world to watch and participate in. Obviously we need to develop a more transparent forum.
